This policy explains what information JB Spraying Services ("we") collects through jbspraying.com and how we use it.
When you send a quote request we collect the details you enter — your name, phone number, email address (if given), vehicle details, message and any photos you add. We use them only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out any work you book. We don't sell or share them with anyone except where needed to do the job (for example your insurer, if you're making a claim).
Photos are stored privately on our web host and emailed to our own inbox; they're never published. Location data that phones embed in photos is removed when they're uploaded, and we delete photos once they're no longer needed for the job.
To understand how people find and use the site, we record anonymous visit statistics: the pages viewed, how the visitor arrived (for example from Google), device and browser type, and time spent on the page. A random visitor ID is kept in your browser's local storage so repeat visits can be counted. We don't use advertising cookies, and these statistics are stored on our own web host — not sent to third-party analytics companies.
Pages include a Google Map, and icons and fonts loaded from Cloudflare and Google. Those services may receive your IP address when they load. Quote requests are emailed to us through Google's Gmail, with Formspree as a backup.
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email jbsprayingservices@gmail.com or call 0432 604 505.
